Each CINI is handmade to order, just for you.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created, packed, and shipped.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
We offer free shipping within the UK on all orders.

• We have no control over a parcel once it has left our hands.
For delivery issues or tracking updates after dispatch, please contact Royal Mail or your local courier directly.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
CINI is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on local postal services.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
